You can, however, still register after, february 1st, 2007, including on-site registration at the conference, provided the maximal number of participants has not been exceeded.

For students and post-docs (<36 years), members of a FEMS Member Society, 15 grants of 400 € will be awarded by FEMS. The Scientific Committee will select candidates from the abstracts submitted. The applicant to the FEMS meeting grant must pay to SFM the difference between the full registration and the 400 € (for example, a student that registered in a double room [500 € registration] must pay now 100 €). If the candidate is not granted, he will have to pay the remaining 400 € to participate to the meeting.
Application forms for young scientists are available here. They must be submitted to SFM, NOT to FEMS.
Warning :Due to limited support, the grant will not cover the entire registration fee.

Registration fee includes ROOM and BOARD (from saturday dinner to wednesday lunch)***, access to scientific program, abstract book, conference material (name tag, final program), welcome reception***, coffee***, congress dinner***.

Confirmation / Payment

Upon receipt of the full registration form, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration via e-mail. Please pay the registration fee (in Euro [€] only) preferably by credit card within 14 days or bank transfer. If using a credit card indicate the card type (Visa and Mastercard only), card holder, entire card number (check digits), expiration date and CVC code (on the back of your credit card).

We recommend payment of the registration fee from other countries by credit card to avoid extra bank charges !

Cancellation / Refunds

If you need to cancel your registration, the Conference Organizing Committee must have received your written request at the latest by February 15. You will receive a refund, minus 25 % administrative charge. In case of cancellation after February 15 or no-show, reimbursement cannot be made.

Visa

The organizer recommends all participants to check the visa agreement of France with the respective country of origin. Participants may wish to contact the French embassy in their respective countries.
